Grin Dental Software - Download Latest Update

If Grin is already on your computer then you can download the latest update here. It's free and only updates the program but does not change your data files. To see which version you have go to Help | About in Grin main menu. It's time to update if your Grin version date is before 2/14/00

Instructions:

1) How you download depends on your internet browser. Usually when you click download a dialog box appears where you can change the folder (save in), filename (save as), or file type. The default filename is "updategr.exe". It is best not to change the file type or filename, however, you may want to change the save-in folder so you can easily find it later. The download process may take awhile.

2) Once the download is finished, exit the internet and any other program that is running. Then use Windows Explorer, point to whatever folder you saved in, and run the file updategr.exe on your computer. The update program will display a screen telling you it's a Grin update and when asked any questions you simply hit the ENTER key to continue through any other screens that appear. When its all finished the GRIN program will be updated on your computer.

3) Optionally, delete the file updategr.exe from your computer cause it is not needed again.
