Grin Dental Software - Price and Support $499 current price The GRIN software has a low price with a full 60-day money back policy. Additional software licenses are FREE on networks with multiple workstations. The EDI software is independent of any hardware. We can provide hardware or you can purchase it yourself. Either way, we'll help you choose the right model and get started. The typical computer hardware varies as computer prices are always changing but basically any computer with Windows 95 or higher (it runs on 2000 or XP) is fine to run GRIN because grin does not require any anything special. Support via email is preferred and is free. There are NO obligatory yearly fees for maintenance or support. Phone support and on-site training are optional at $60/hour. We are happy to train or answer calls but the idea is you pay for how much you use. You can call anytime but will be charged for each minute. Offices rarely go over 1 hour of phone calls for help questions. The phone charge was instituted mainly in case of lengthy questions related to computer issues and problems (like how to set up a modem or how to recover from hard disk errors). Fortunately computer problems are not common We will go anywhere to provide training but you pay an hourly rate including travel
time so on-site training is only feasible if you are within driving distance of
Harrisburg, PA. An alternative to on-site is phone training. Most offices need less
than 3 hours training (excluding drive time). |
